Description
From particle physics to the future of retail: Dr. Simon Fink holds a PhD in Physics and joined Schwarz Group and Lidl in 2020—right in time to navigate the chaotic shift of the first lockdowns. In 2023, he took on a new challenge within the group, moving to Kaufland to build their centralized Data & AI team from the ground up as Director Data & AI. Based in Heilbronn, he currently spearhead's Kaufland’s custom AI developments and oversees AI governance.
