Description
Sebastian is an early GTM leader in AI and one of the first GTM hires at Black Forest Labs, where he helped build the commercial organization during the company’s hypergrowth phase following the FLUX.1 launch. His work spans enterprise sales, scaling GTM operations, and managing relationships with some of BFL’s largest global customers.
Before BFL, he worked with foundation model labs across Europe at AWS Startups and previously held GTM roles at another AI research lab long before the current AI wave. He also co-founded a startup out of TUM and started his career at Tesla during the company’s early European expansion.
His experience sits at the intersection of frontier AI, commercialization, and scaling companies during their earliest growth stages.
