I help leaders turn AI strategy into organizational reality.
For 15 years, I've worked inside transformations — as a strategist, as a communications director, as a managing director. I've sat in the rooms where the strategy was clear, the tools were ready, the business case was strong — and the organization still didn't move. That recurring experience shaped everything about how I think about transformation today.
In 2025, I founded REFRAMICA: a transformation studio working at the intersection of strategy, narrative, and culture. We work with leadership teams to do three things: create clarity about what's actually changing — for whom, and why. Build narratives that turn the people protecting the past into the people building the future. And install the rituals and decision structures that make new ways of working sustainable.
My current focus: the human side of AI transformation. The roles that no longer make sense. The resistance that nobody wants to talk about. The decisions made too far from where the real knowledge sits. These are the things that determine whether AI projects become transformations — or stay pilots.
